When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me outdoors, taking spontaneous trips, or trying new food spots. I’m a total homebody at heart too, and my dogs and cat are my whole world. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy A 15% cancellation fee will be applied to all appointments canceled without sufficient notice. This fee helps cover lost time and preparation costs. To avoid charges, please contact Bear Nails LLC to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, may be subject to the 15% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without prior notice may be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the 15% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Please communicate if you are running late. Accommodating late arrivals may not always be possible, as doing so can affect scheduled appointments for other clients. New Client Policy Effective June 1, 2026, Bear Nails LLC will no longer be accepting new clients. All appointments booked by new clients prior to June 1, 2026, will be honored. Existing clients will continue to have full access to booking services.
